Jennifer Sines MSW, LISW
I'm Jennifer Sines, a licensed independent clinical social worker, with a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor's degree from Miami University. Prior to working as an outpatient therapist, I have experience working in the inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings, which has allowed me to support individuals across a wide range of life circumstances, levels of care, and emotional challenges.
I work with adults age 18 and older, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore concerns, build insight, and create meaningful change. My approach is eclectic, trauma-informed and deeply client centered - meaning therapy is tailored to you, your experiences, and your goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices.
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and relationship concerns. Whether you are working through past experiences, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, or seeking greater emotional balance and self-understanding, I believe healing happens through collaboration, compassion, and empowerment. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
